We have recently changed our name from ESP Healthcare to reflect the new government initiative called Consumer Directed Care (CDC). We wish to align ourselves with this iniatiative as we feel it imperative that you have choice and control over your care and support.
2. We take responsibility for managing overall service provision
When carers are sick or on holiday we work hard to ensure full continuity of services with our team of carers.

3. Approved provider for Home Care Packages and NDIS plans
We have been approved by the Department of Health as an approved provider of Home Care Packages. As an approved provider we are subject to audit by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
We are an approved provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) so we can manage your package from the beginning.
All our policies and procedures are consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and National Disability Service Standards.
4. Over 16 Years Experience
We have 16 years experience providing over 1.4 million hours of services to thousands of clients over that time. Our clients have been varied in their needs and circumstances. We are proud of the care and support we have provided to all of these clients and are constantly striving to further improve our services.
5. We Appoint a Care Coordinator
We appoint a client service coordinator with the responsibility for getting to know you and ensure your care needs are meet and that you get the services you require. Your care coordinator will work with you as your needs change.
We are able to advise whether your require any special equipment or modifications to your home on our initial visit.
6. We have a team of carers
We have a reputation for not letting our clients down. If your regular ESP Healthcare staff member is unexpectedly sick or unavailable we have a team of carers to call upon. Some other companies act only as introduction agents. If their carer fails to turn up you can be left on your own. We don’t do that.
7. Our staff are employees not contractors
All our staff are employees, not contractors and are thoroughly checked professionally trained, insured and managed. We take away the problems and provide the solutions ensuring the highest standards. We have an extensive in-service training program for all staff delivered by an accredited and experienced trainer in our training facility in Balmain.
8. We provide independent government funding advice
We truly understand how tricky the government system is to understand and navigate. We can advise on this process right from the outset and also talk you through the hitches of achieving government funding for all or some of your services.
9. Transparency in our fees
ESP Healthcare charges a competitive hourly rate for direct care services. We only charge “Care Management fees” and “Package Management fees” when and as agreed.
We offer a free consultation to prepare your Care Plan.
10. Responsive, Fully Flexible with no long term Contracts
We are very flexible and can get services in place very quickly, in many cases on the day. Scheduled services can be amended or cancelled with 24hrs warning without penalty. We have 24 x 7 on call operators in case of an emergency or change in circumstance.
Services can be for a minimum of one hour or for 24hr.
There is no long term contract and we adapt to your changing needs with efficiency and professionalism.
11. Quality Management ISO 9001:2015 Audited
We have been assessed and registered as complying with the quality management requirements of the International Standard 9001:2015 for the provision of home care assistance to clients living in the community through the delivery of personal care, respite care, shopping, transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance and case management.
