Consumer Directed Care is the new way of delivering government funded Home Care Packages. It allows you to have choice and control over the type of care you or your loved one receive, how it is delivered and who delivers it. Of course the level of control and choice can be varied.

CDC Home Care Packages
If you have a CDC Home Care Package, ESP Healthcare can provide services direct to you. We have service agreements (or are preferred providers) with most major Home Care Package providers.
A CDC Home Care Package is funded by the Australian Federal Government and provides services that can help you to stay at home for as long as possible and give you the flexibility to choose the way that care and support is provided to you.
There are four levels of packages available which are designed to suit your care needs now and into the future as your needs increase.
Home Care Levels 1 and 2 help people with low level or basic needs,
Home Care Levels 3 and 4 help people with higher or more complex care needs.

We can assist you through this process and put you in touch with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to be assessed for eligibility.
The Federal Government pays the bulk of the costs associated with a Home Care Package, however you are asked to make a contribution to the cost of the care, if you can afford to do so – dependant on your income.
