We offer a wide range of in home care services tailored to meet our clients needs. Each individual service can be for anything between a 1 hour service and a 24 hour shift.
Our aim is to work collaboratively with our clients and their families focusing on needs, and goals to enable independence.
Our case management team is trained and experienced to ensure that you or your loved one receive the best package of overall care using all possible support services and resources available. This will result in a care plan that includes all formal and informal support options to help you make the right choices. We regularly review the care plan to ensure the highest quality of care continues as circumstances change.
We can help you navigate the ever changing rules and regulations of government assistance and funding. We can assist you with your care package directly through the ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) or through our service provider agreements. We have service provider agreements with most major government service providers and can provide government funded services where you are eligible and private services where you are not.
Our staff are trained to provide quality personal care whilst maintaining the dignity of our clients. The duties could be showering, dressing, toileting, grooming. Hoist assisted services can also be provided.
Maintaining a clean, hygienic environment is essential for health and well being. We can provide light housekeeping duties as required ie bathroom, kitchen, vaccuming, bed making, general tidying.
If you or your loved one is unable to drive, we can offer transport services for appointments, shopping, social occasions and outings. Special arrangements are required for wheelchairs.
We can provide accompanied or unaccompanied shopping services.
We can provide meal preparation, meal supervision as well as monitor food and liquid intake.
We can prompt, assist to administer and monitor medication intake. This is to ensure clients receive their medication as prescribed and at the correct time.
Post Hospital Care or Sickness
After a stay in hospital or medical treatment we are able to offer in home assistance throughout recovery.
Our staff are trained and properly briefed to enable full time carers and family members to feel relaxed about leaving their patients or loved ones while they take a much needed break. We can provide respite care for anything from 1 hr up to 24 hr shifts.
We recognize the special needs of dementia clients and can provide appropriately experienced staff.
We understand how important social interaction is for our client’s wellbeing.
This could be as simple as playing cards or reading to clients or helping them get out and about and attend social occasions.
Maintaining the best quality of life becomes our priority when assisting palliative care clients to remain at home.

Our office is open from 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday and after hours our on call staff are able to respond to any request or emergency
