ESP Healthcare, established in 2004, with the objective to provide quality in home and community care services to aged, disabled or unwell clients. We operate within the greater Sydney area including Mosman, the North Shore, the Eastern suburbs and Illawarra areas.
Our objective is not just to provide our clients with care but to improve or maintain their independence and achieve their goals. This means we work hard to go beyond the necessities of personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping and transport services. Our services also include case management, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff are professionally trained, monitored and insured.
We visit over 450 individual clients each week including many with complex care needs.

Government Funded Home Care Packages
We can help you navigate the ever changing rules and regulations of government assistance and funding.
If you are considering applying for in home care assistance, ESP Healthcare can provide services direct to you as we have service agreements or are preferred providers with most major government Home Care Package providers.
We can assist you through this process of applying for a Home Care Package and put you in touch with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to be assessed for eligibility.
We can then provide government funded services where you are eligible and private services where you are not.
Notable service agreements are as follows: Anglican Retirement Villages, Baptist Care, Benevolent Society, Catholic Community Services, Catholic Care, Care Connect/Diverse, Calvary, Community Care Northern Beaches, Home Care Services of NSW, Hills Community Care, Northside Community Forum, Sydney Local Health District, Wesley Mission, Illawarra Community Options, Illawarra Carers Respite Centre, Illawarra In Home Support in aged care and Paraquad, Sunnyfield, Northcott, Sunshine Homes, Ability Options and Anglicare in disability amongst others.
ESP Healthcare is also proud to be an approved provider to the government disability “Community Support Program” (CSP).
ESP Healthcare has also been independently verified for compliance to the NSW Disability Service Standards.
Policies and Procedures
All ESP Policies and Procedures are consistent with the Home Care Standards and the NSW Disability Service Standards.
ESP Healthcare has been assessed and registered by JAS-ANZ and International Standards Certifications. We comply with the requirements of the International Standard 9001:2008 for the provision of home care assistance to clients living in the community through the delivery of personal care, respite care, shopping, transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance and case management.
In June 2014 we completed our most recent independent surveillance audit for our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
